The laser system is fully controllable through a user-friendly computer interface that offers a variety of modes for setting and scanning of the radiation wavelength as well as different modes of data acquisition and recording.

The "T&D-scan" features LabView based software running under Windows XP/7/10. For acquisition of experimental data an 8-channel 16-bit ADC is used with quantisation frequency of 3 MHz and channel multiplexing frequency 3 MHz.
The "T&D-scan" laser system includes, as its base, a CW ultra-wide-tunable narrow-line laser, high-precision wavelength meter, an electronic control unit driven through USB interface as well as a software package.

The "T&D-scan" system is designed for wide-range spectral studies and characterisation of quantum semiconductor structures, meta-materials, as well as for nano-technological applications, and quality control.

NEW

The spectrum of the T&D-Scan laser system has been extended to 260-275 nm in the DUV. On the other hand, the fundamental wavelength in the range of 520-550 nm better covers the gap between the dye R110 (550-590 nm) and the frequency-doubled titanium sapphire (475-550 nm), where the power is naturally lower. For this, the dye Coumarine 540 is used, which is pumped with 488nm DPSS laser. The power in this range exceeds 25 mW in the second harmonic and 150 mW in the fundamental wavelength.

As a result of this extention, the T&D scan laser system continues to expand its working range into "Deep UV", thus offering new possibilities of usage in new application fields.
